- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered phone number
- We process within 7 business days
2. What Gets Deleted
- Your name, email, and phone number
- Booking history
- App account and login credentials
3. What Is Retained
- Financial transaction records (5 years — SARS requirement)
- Dispute records (3 years)
