How to Delete Your Account

1. How to Request Deletion

  • Email support@vula24.co.za
  • Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Include your registered phone number
  • We process within 7 business days

2. What Gets Deleted

  • Your name, email, and phone number
  • Booking history
  • App account and login credentials

3. What Is Retained

  • Financial transaction records (5 years — SARS requirement)
  • Dispute records (3 years)
