Book in the app, see the full price before you confirm, and track your locksmith live. Active in Gauteng and Western Cape.
For customers
Book in the app
Download the Vula24 app from Google Play, choose the service you need and confirm your location. Bookings are made only in the app, not on this website.
Get matched and see the price
The app matches you with the nearest verified locksmith who is online and offers your service within 20 km. You see the full price — the locksmith's own price plus the Vula24 platform fee — before you confirm.
Track, then pay in the app
Track your locksmith live on the map. When the job is done, pay securely in the app with PayFast. If no locksmith is available, the app tells you and you can WhatsApp the Vula24 team.

Frequently asked questions
Is Vula24 a locksmith company?
No. Vula24 is a South African locksmith marketplace that connects customers with independent locksmiths. Vula24 does not employ locksmiths; the independent locksmith who accepts your request does the work.
How do customers find me?
Customers request a locksmith in the Vula24 app, which matches them with the nearest verified locksmith who is online and offers the service. You receive a notification on Vula24 Pro and choose whether to accept the job.
What areas does Vula24 cover?
Vula24 is currently active in Gauteng and Western Cape.
How does pricing work for locksmiths?
Joining is free and there is no subscription. You set your own prices. Vula24 adds its platform fee on top of your price, so nothing is deducted from what you charge.
Do I need to install an app?
Yes — download Vula24 Pro from Google Play to receive jobs, navigate to customers, and manage your earnings. The app is free to download.
